These Terms of Service explain how Magna Code provides software development, consulting, implementation, maintenance, and related digital services. They apply when you use this website, request a quotation, approve a proposal, pay an invoice, sign a project agreement, or otherwise engage Magna Code for services.

A separate signed contract, statement of work, proposal, or invoice may include additional terms for a specific project. If there is a conflict, the project-specific written agreement will apply to that project.
