This Data Processing Addendum explains how Magna Code may handle personal data when delivering software development, system implementation, cloud deployment, integrations, maintenance, support, migration, testing, and related technical services for a client.
It is intended to supplement a proposal, contract, statement of work, support agreement, or other written agreement where Magna Code processes personal data on behalf of a client.
This Addendum is especially important for systems involving customers, employees, students, patients, members, payment records, communications, health information, education records, financial data, children data, identity information, or other sensitive or regulated data.
