These terms explain how Magna Code handles software projects, quotations, scope, delivery, payment, support, ownership, confidentiality, and client responsibilities.

These Client Engagement Terms explain how Magna Code works with clients when providing software development, systems implementation, application development, websites, dashboards, cloud deployment, integrations, automation, technical consulting, maintenance, and related professional services.
They are intended to support proposals, quotations, statements of work, invoices, written approvals, and project contracts. A signed agreement, approved proposal, statement of work, or invoice may add project-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the project-specific written agreement applies to that project.
These terms are not a substitute for a negotiated contract where a project requires special treatment, regulated data, high-value procurement, long-term support, or complex intellectual property arrangements.
Important Note
These terms are a business framework for client engagements. For larger, regulated, sensitive, or high-risk software projects, Magna Code and the client should use a signed contract and, where personal data is involved, a Data Processing Addendum.
